Cancellation Policy
K Pro Shine – Late Arrival, Cancellation & Deposit Policy At K Pro Shine, we value your time and ours. Please review our salon policy: • Late Arrival: Arriving 15 minutes late will result in a 10% late fee added to your total. • Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancelling less than 48 hours before your appointment or not showing up will result in a 50% service fee charged to your account. • Deposit: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
