CANCELLATION POLICY

K Pro Shine – Late Arrival, Cancellation & Deposit Policy At K Pro Shine, we value your time and ours. Please review our salon policy: • Late Arrival: Arriving 15 minutes late will result in a 10% late fee added to your total. • Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancelling less than 48 hours before your appointment or not showing up will result in a 50% service fee charged to your account. • Deposit: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy helps us provide the best service to all our clients and ensures that appointment times are respected. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. On-Location Service Policy On-location services include an additional travel fee based on distance. • Travel fee starts at $70 for locations outside of Houston • For locations approximately 50 miles away, the travel fee is $80 The travel fee is non-refundable and is charged per appointment, not per person. ⸻ ⏰ Additional Fees (if applicable) • Services before 7:00 AM: +$20–$30 • Sundays or holidays: +$20 • Paid parking: charged separately
